Working in a legend

I'm doing a zine together with my partner, called Working in a legend.
WIAL was born in the spring of 2009 in London. The first issue contains interviews with Ian Svenonius, Casiotone for the painfully alone and Jeremy Jay. We sold out of the copies we had, but consider to print some more to sell.
Nowadays we're based in Glasgow and we're lazy. But now in time for xmas we finally found some more time to finish off the second issue. So now i's here and it's is wondeful to see it complete. It contains interviews with Amelia Fletcher, Marit Bergman, Jeffrey Lewis and Pol Dodu/JC Brouchard.

The other day I received this beautiful cloud handmade by Alessandra Taccia. It now lives in my bedroom.

Starting from stitch

I'm attending a sewing class every Friday now in November, organized by the lovely Made in the shade here in Glasgow. Our teatcher is Iona Bruce, who's doing here work under the name i heart...
The first week we made a figure each and I made this little rabbit and the second week we made a book cover with our own design. It's so fun and amazing to be creative again!
